The RVK range features state of the art technology, asymmetric rotary screw profile and with oil injection power.

The particular design of the system, known as (HIGH POWER SYSTEM) ensures the highest performance of the system both in the compression stage, thereby reducing the energy dispersion levels to a minimum.

The result is an excellent ratio between the actual installed power and the effective air yield, also permitting considerable energy and cost savings.

This system has been designed and built to incorporate all the main compressor components in a single unit which is both compact and easy to maintain.

Load/No Load Controls with timed shutdown, one of the most efficient controls on the market.  This air compressor will load at 105-PSIG and unloading at 125-PSIG.  The unit will unload at 125-PSIG and then run unloaded, (drawing about 12% brake horsepower) until the pressure hits the load set point of 105-PSIG.  If the unit does not reach the load set point within 4 minutes, the unit will shutdown automatically.  Once the unit hits 105-PSIG or the load setting, the unit will then restart and load back up to 125-PSIG.  The load and unload set points are adjustable.  If you require higher pressure than 125-PSIG, please notify our sales department so we can have the machine set properly. 

Maintenance Features (Perform the full maintenance within 30 minutes)

We have designed our air compressor so that anyone can perform preventative maintenance.  Our system includes the following features;

Spin on Oil Filter
Spin on Oil Separator
Belt Driven with belt tensioner
Dual Filtration to help lengthen the life of the filter element

 

The new style electrical controller has a built in maintenance log which will let you know when maintenance is due. 

 

Silent Enclosure enables you to install the air compressor closer to the manufacturing area, this 25 horsepower air compressor offers a sound level of 72-dba.

 

Wye Delta Starting is another energy efficient feature that will help lower your energy consumption.  Wye Delta Starting will reduce your in rush current by 1/3. 

 

TEFC Drive Motors are standard on all Rotary Screw Air Compressors.  TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled), motors are perfect for dusty environments.  (TEFC drive motors are normally optional.)
