Bearing:
Totally enclosed with high temperature resistant grease. Needle bearing filled with special anti-heated lubricant. Special material isolates the heat transmission into piston pin and needle bearing.

Compression ring and guide ring:
Compression/guide ring made from high grade PTFE giving friction resistance and self-lubricating.

Cylinder barrel:
Aluminum alloy material and ample cooling fin ensure quick heat dissipation. Cylinder by special hardening treatment result in the improvement of wear-resistance.

Cooling System:
Precise balanced ample cooling fan provides sufficient cooling air to cool down efficiently the running temperature. Energy-saving since additional cooling fan motor is unnecessary


Crankshaft:
Made from high grade ductile iron; hollow casting design with precise balanced machining. Effectively reduces running vibration

Suction and discharge valve assembly:
Designed by the principal of thermodynamics and developed with superior advantage; ample flow area, quick heat dissipation, low noise level, high efficiency and longer working life.
